Hint- Jesus realized the debate and posterity that would follow Him. “I and my father are one” John 10;30, is food for thought for Us humans to realize that if We work hard at transforming Ourselves We can blend Our ego with the Christ Consciousness, Buddha Consciousness, Atman, Image and Likeness or Divine Indwelling or Universal Consciousness, etc., inside Us all and let this Universal Consciousness run Our individual personalities. This blending that is happening with more of Us will raise Our Collective vibration. This is happening now for those of Us who are ready to get a hold of Ourselves. This is getting a hold of your automatic reacting Self and watching what you do and say in most common circumstances while letting your innate goodness take over. TRANSFORMATION.

He came from out of town and put on a false English accent so as to appear mysterious and intriguing. She would send cards and flowers to herself where she worked so others in the office would think she was being pursued by men. He was an extremely thin man who claimed that he was not always that thin. He said that he had contracted malaria serving in the U. S. military in Vietnam. He stated that he used to weigh 215 pounds before the malaria and that he boxed heavyweight. He claimed that he put Muhammed Ali down as an amateur. He was insinuating that he was the uncrowned heavyweight champion of the world. These are examples of lonely people who perceive that they are separate from others. You can be lonely if you are single or married. The false self, small self or ego was running their lives. This fantasy self needs to give way and be reborn to Our Universal Mind that lurks behind the narcissistic ego so to speak. These people, most likely, had no idea about Our Universal Spirit that is the same in all of Us.

Very truly I tell you, unless you are born again you cannot see the kingdom/queendom of God.” John“ 3:3.

An alchemy has to take place inside of Us where your Soul and ego merge and Our Self/self is reformed and reborn. We go back to the nonduality We had as “little children” (little children are connected to everything and do not feel separate) Matt. 18:3, and then “the kingdom/queendom of God is in your midst” Luke 17:21. We are then in touch with our Universal Spirit. Heart-felt Surrender to Honesty within the Self and eventually also outside of the Self with Others is necessary for the alchemy of rebirth to occur. We accept Our Self and Our conditions. Our sense of being Cosmically connected, through Universal Energy, to everyone and everything gets stronger and stronger. We become less lonely after sufficient reformation, because there is no separation in Our Universal Mind/Self/Spirit. As We rebirth, We see Our Universal Self more and more in Others. We slowly recognize Our Energetic Connection to everyone and also everything. We gain the understanding of Our Shared psychological, emotional and physical reality and this makes Us much more calmer because We do not feel alone. We become less restless and are able to stay home more. We are eventually not lonely at all. We finally get it. We recognize Each Other here which is Our embodied Oneness and the Love that We need to elevate in for Each Other as One.

We can become detached and indifferent to to Each Other. Extreme narcissism and other mental and emotional conditions do not care about Others. We are thinking about compassionate understanding and feeling for Each Other here which is Our embodied Oneness and Love that We need to elevate in for Each Other.

As Our rebirth Awakens Us to the reality of Our energetic connection to Each Other within the Cosmos We have a heightened sense of awe, wonder and beauty for everything that We do. We experience the joy of Awakening to Our Universal Spirit. We practice healthy habits and look to the future with Divine Anticipation. We recognize that We are not separate from Each Other. We recognize that We are energetically connected to Each Other within the Cosmos. We are rising in Our Love for everything. We are not lonely.

“Soon we will come to know ourselves as multisensory, rendering obsolete the belief that we are five-sense creatures. No longer will we speculate about whether our thoughts and emotions have creative authority within our cell tissue; we will come to consider that form of perception as one of the central truths of life…” Caroline Myss, author of ANATOMY OF THE SPIRIT, wrote this in the Forward for Donna Eden’s 1998 book, ENERGY MEDICINE.

There were two wild brothers who I was in propinquity with years ago. There names were Lenny and Billy. Shortly after I met them, I am alone with Lenny and he says to me about his brother, “Gary, I have to tell you that Billy is nuts, he’s an alcoholic, you can’t trust him, he’s criminally insane, don’t lend him any money and be extremely careful around him. May heaven help you Gary.” A little while later, I am alone with Billy and he says to me about his brother, “Gary, Lenny is a pathological liar, who pretends that he is a deeply religious and spiritual person in order to attract women, don’t go anywhere with him, he doesn’t like you, he will embarrass you.” The Reference Guide in the ground breaking book, YOU CAN HEAL YOUR LIFE (1987), by Louise Hay, gives the Probable Cause for Insanity as “Fleeing from the family. Escapism, withdrawal. Violent separation from life.” Louise gives The New Thought Pattern to aid healing for Insanity as “This mind knows its true identity and is a creative point of Divine Self-Expression.”

The late-great internationally known metaphysical counselor, healer, teacher, starter of Hay House and an internationally known leader in the New Age Movement, Louise Hay, cured herself after having been diagnosed as being terminally ill with cancer (through pain comes wisdom). Louise had a Christian background. I have found her book, YOU CAN HEAL YOUR LIFE, with the Reference Guide for the Probable Mental and Emotional Causes for common diseases along with the New Thought Patterns for healing, to be one of the top Consciousness raising books in my library. The book is great food for thought for not only Self-diagnosing and healing Our own maladies (many are psychosomatic) but also for diagnosing and healing the maladies of others. Louise as a pioneer in Medical Intuition, along with others, raises Our Awareness for what We are doing with Our energy. We have realized that toxic energy can lodge in Our cell tissue and nervous systems and affect Our lives as Conscious and Unconscious health problems. Further examples in the The Reference Guide tell Us that Bladder Problems can come from being “pissed off,” Bad Breath can come from thoughts of revenge, Headaches can come from invalidating the self, self-criticism and fear, and a Stroke can come from refusing to change. Louise makes Us ask the questions: Are We being Positive or Negative with Our energy? Is Our energy affecting Others for good or bad? Do I act for the good of everybody?

When We really start to become Conscious of Our Self, We simultaneously become Conscious of Others. We become Conscious of how the interpersonal usage of Our energy affects the bodies of Us All. We come to see that We affect the health of those around Us in healthy or unhealthy ways. This is because We slowly see, and eventually know, that We all share the same type of Universal Self/Heart/Mind that is merely in different bodies that are under different physical conditions. The ultimate goal of all traditions is to realize this Universal reality. As the seeing of the subtle reality of Our shared Universal Self/Heart/Mind becomes clearer and clearer We become more sensitive and more sensitive to feeling and knowing Our interpersonal energetic reality. It becomes real to Us how We affect Each Other. As We Develop Our Characters We get so We do not want to intentionally hurt Each Other. We extrapolate Our Self Knowledge to Others in order to intuitively understand Each Other because We all share the Universal Self/Heart/Mind. This extrapolation of Self Awareness to understand Each Other can provoke mystical experiences of great Illumination and Union. This is Illumination and Union to seeing and knowing Our Shared Interpersonal Universal Consciousness. We all see and know Our Interpersonal Universal Consciousness from different levels of Awareness. This is Our Shared Heart/Mind/Body Consciousness. This is AWAKENING to Us as Each Other and as being One with Each Other. This state of Awareness is ongoing and We become more Aware and more Aware of it in the ever present Now as We struggle to grow in constant Awareness. In the Now, We come to realize the past, present and future as an amalgamation in eternity for infinite potentialities. This state falls under the umbrella of the achieved Gift of Contemplation (Keating). The more Aware We become, the more We realize how we affect Each Other.

As We grow in seeing and knowing and Our interpersonal reality, We become Conscious of Our Self among Others. We realize that We are not Separate from Others because We have come to see and know Our shared energetic connection. During this period of Our Conscious growth in AWARENESS We are SURRENDERING to being totally HONEST with Ourselves. We become Conscious that We are trying to better Ourselves, this improves Our Self-Esteem and we progress to higher degrees of Self-Love which We extend to Others.

Here is where We can start to become Multisensory which is the beginning of becoming Super Intuitive, or being just plain Hyper Instinctive or Hyper Primitive. We become Whole-brain/Body/Thinker/Feelers. Multisensory growth includes becoming Aware of the subtle vocal tones of Others. Primitive people are sensitive to the slightest rustling sound in the brush. We start to become Super Intuitive as We correctly hear, sense and understand with the Heart and Mind as opposed to just the ear and brain. As We enter Super Intuition We realize that verbal, written and visual communications sent to Us can have entirely different meanings, with even hidden emotional meanings, other than the specious logic of the messages. We begin to notice the subtle body language of Others and the space around Us. We begin to notice histrionic behavior (theatricality) in Others. We are working very hard on Our Character Development as We employ strict Self-Honesty and this helps Us lose inhibitions that prevent Us from being Self-Realized. We become much more Conscious of Our breathing. Our senses of sight, hearing, touch, smell and taste become clearer and more noticeable. We are becoming more sensitive to everything. We begin acute simultaneous coordination of Our Multiple Sensory Self. We see auras. We begin to clearly interpret Our Dreams. Cardionostic Awareness begins in Us as We deepen in emotional intelligence and are able to sense the emotional states of Others. We gain the ability of Holographic perception that gives Us the clear ability to see and know Universal Patterns, and extract, abstract, and synthesize memory data.

Part of why We become Multisensory is because We have pierced the veils of many illusions into seeing “what is” and have conquered personal fears that block greater Self-Realization. The Self becomes Integrated and Individuated. The ego is merging with Our Universal Spirit as the Spirit becomes dominant in Our personality. We are not psychologically compartmentalized anymore so Our mind works with Our Whole Brain and Body, that is, Our coordinated right and left brain, and body, work together in a computer like fashion. We have clear straight full access to memory data because fears have been conquered through courage. The clear seeing and knowing of the ESSENCE of matters becomes instantly known to Us without reasoning . We just Know. We are Multisensory. We are Aware. We are Awake.

I sense that Louise Hay profoundly understood that the ultimate healer, Jesus. knew very well about the diseases along with the psychological and emotional cures in the Reference Guide in her book – YOU CAN HEAL YOUR LIFE. Jesus lost earthly life in guiding Us to Universal Consciousness. Louise Hay was in touch with the Universal Heart/Mind of humanity. She would have had to have been to be able to write all of her communications in the way that she did. Correctly understanding the energy of interpersonal interaction the way that she did shows Us a woman who was deeply in touch with her own psyche (soul). Louise positively affected millions of people. The work of Louise Hay is proof that when a person is in touch with her own psyche, she is also simultaneously in touch with the Universal Psyche of Humanity. Louise Hay is a modern day saint.

The work of Louise Hay should be a part of Education from Kindergarten on up. Peace.

She proclaimed that she was a bisexual artist. He proclaimed that he was a big sensitive rough neck writer on the order of Ernest Hemingway. Neither of these adults ever accomplished anything that had to with the Idealized Images that they pretended to be. These are examples of delusions of grandeur that many people suffer from who just will not accept who and what they are. Their minds are not at all connected to their hearts as far as Self-Realization goes.. Many people never come out of this trance condition. It takes courage to come out of the trance. These are examples of a lack of Self-Acceptance and a true Surrender to the real. When I was a kid I wanted to be an international thief working for the U.S. government on the order of the character, Alexander Monday, who actor Robert Wagner played in the television series, It Takes A Thief, but I grew out of the fantasy. The beginning of the path to AWAKENING to the reality of knowing and being sensitive to Our energetic connection with each other within the entire cosmos is accepting Our Self, and the conditions of Our life, exactly the way matters are for Us. This is Our SURRENDER to HONESTY. This is where We start, and hopefully continue, to tell Our Self the TRUTH about everything for the rest of Our Lives. SURRENDER is an ongoing process, it is not just a one time deal. This, then, aligns Us with the high voltage truth that communicates to Us from Our Heart. This truth that comes from Our cosmic connected being is generally referred to as the Christ Consciousness, Great Spirit, Holy Spirit, Universal Mind/Self/Spirit, Krishna Consciousness, Buddha Consciousness, or just God. Remember, the name of this blog comes from the powerful koan from Zen – WORDS ARE TRAPS. We AWAKEN out of Our trance of thinking We are separate from everyone and everything when We truly SURRENDER TO ACCEPTING OUR SELF AND OUR CONDITIONS. Becoming truthful with Our Self is sincere prayer and aligns Us with the Universe and eventually balances Our inner with Our outer world and this is the state of NONDUALITY.

I learned on my own. I made my life into a pilot study. When I Accepted myself, I was actually in my SURRENDER to the reality of myself and I did not realize that I was concomitantly SURRENDERING to the cosmos, or God. I found myself in a confession to my Self where I realized that I could not have helped the wrongs that I did in the past because I was in the trance then. I was sorry for what I did and simultaneously I realized that other people can not help it either because they are in the trance too. But, I came out of the trance at this time of my HEART-FELT SURRENDER OF SELF-ACCEPTANCE. At this point, the ego takes a back-seat to the Holy or Universal Spirit. I was on the path to being fully Honest with myself. When you get to the Full Self-Honesty state you also align with being honest with others. Along the path, I started to realize that We are all connected by energy. I realized that We affect each other for good or bad with our energy. We are Spirit Energy (souls) in different bodies that are in different life conditions and We are at different individual levels of Awareness of this interpersonal fact.

In the Cloud Vision that I experienced with the different races of people in the cloud, that is explained in the feature article of this blog, WORDS ARE TRAPS, I broke through my ego and everybody’s ego at the same time becoming AWARE that We are all part of the energy of the Universal Mind/Spirit/Self, that is, God, as far as We can understand, and God is also the Cosmos. This made me realize the UNITY of all people on earth. I achieved a much higher degree of internal peace.

Subsequent to my vision, I found that my new awareness was corroborated by the great sage, Paramahansa Yogananda, in his book, The Law Of Success, 19, where he states: “Learn to see God in all persons, of whatever race or creed. You will know what divine love is when you begin to feel your oneness with every human being, not before. In mutual service we forget the little self, and glimpse the one measureless Self, the Spirit that unifies all men.” Yogananda told Us about Our Universal Spirit the best that he could through the limited use of language. Because of the limited extent, or range, of language, it is easy when reading to just run right by the esoteric intention. With Our Higher Mind (where the intuition that eventually can become Super Intuition lies), We attempt to see and know the intentions of the limited use of language like this when We contemplate on the phraseology. We can have mystical experiences when We do this. Mystical Theology calls this type of contemplation Lectio Divina.

The aforementioned understanding is permeating the planet faster now than it ever has. With this understanding is coming higher waves of LOVE and We will be experiencing much less disease in the near future. We are becoming sensitive to each other. With more people doing right-brained prayer like meditating/contemplating, which is actually Our primal form of prayer, We are becoming more mindful about when We should speak and when We should hold our tongue. We are realizing the distinction between what we do to Our personal energy, and Other people’s energy, when We are not nice, or nice, to each other. We are becoming CONSCIOUS of the flow of nature, which is energy, and are realizing that WE should not try to control everything. We are learning to go with the Tao.

Subsequent to my unifying cloud vision my insights were also corroborated by Thaddeus Golas, in his book, The Lazy Man’s Guide To Enlightenment, 23-24, where he states: “and the process of enlightenment is expanding our comprehension of other beings, until we experience everything as a live interaction.” Experiencing everything as a live soul interaction is the process of AWAKENING.

AWAKENING IS BECOMING CONSCIOUS OF OUR SELF AMONG OTHERS. The cleansing to higher AWARENESS that is going on with the Corona Virus is forcing Us to further realize the energetic connection that We have with each other. Germs affect Our energy and so does emotional pollution. This cleansing process with all the grief involved (through pain comes wisdom) is causing more people to truthfully SURRENDER to Accepting their Selves the way that their particular conditions are. SURRENDER to SELF-HONESTY is the FOUNDATION WITHIN OUR NATURE that eventually gets Us to know Our energetic connection which We have with each other. As We struggle to develop Our characters We eventually realize that We all have the SAME TYPE OF SPIRIT that is just in Our different bodies under Our different life conditions. We AWAKEN to the joy of loving Our Self and everybody else. Again, We are all Universally the same inside. This is Our Universal Self/Mind. As We truly grow, We start to see Our Self in Others. We see Our Self in Others because the Universal Self/Mind has Universal Patterns. When We grow to higher degrees of AWARENESS, We see the Universal Patterns of where We have been, or elevated in AWARENESS from, in Others who have not done so yet. We must work on Character Development to see Our Self in Others which is really seeing Our old and new Self in Others. We discipline Our Selves in making retreats to purify Our Selves mentally, emotionally and physically. Nature intends for couples to employ Interpersonal Honesty together and not live as distant roommates with hidden Selves as so many couples end up doing. It is all HONESTY.

With the looming Corona Virus and Christmas and Lent/Easter right around the corner it is an opportune time to forgive each other for perceived wrongs. Jesus, the ultimate healer, ingeniously put forgiving each other in the Lord’s Prayer because He knew how toxic energy gets trapped in Our cell tissue and nervous systems. The intention in The Lord’s Prayer is for Us to reach the state of UNCONDITIONAL LOVE. When We tell one another that We are sorry and forgive one another for a perceived wrong that We may have done, or had done to Us, We help release the toxic disease producing energy that may be lodged in Our cell tissue and nervous systems because of the offense. Apology and forgiveness is reciprocal action This is Heart to Heart Resuscitation. This is LOVE in action. We learn about Our Self through communication with Others.

Forgive your Self for what you may have done to someone. You most likely could not have helped what you did to someone because you were not fully conscious of what you were doing. Again, AWAKENING is you becoming CONSCIOUS of your SELF among Others. This is about becoming CONSCIOUS of what you do and why you do it. You were in the trance. You realize that you may have polluted someone’s energy. Now that you have become conscious of what you did, you find that forgiving your Self releases the toxic energy that may be in your body because of what you did. Now, you have become more conscious. Now, if you can, you go and tell the person who you committed the perceived offense against that you are sorry for what you did to them and this helps to possibly release the toxic energy in their body. If it is impossible for you to tell them that you are sorry, you can always do some charitable acts of reparation and pray for them. When they tell you that they forgive you, they are also possibly releasing the toxic energy from your body and their body simultaneously. Forgiveness is in The Lords Prayer because it heals and will prevent disease. We must forgive each other for the health of all Our interconnected energy. This is UNCONDITIONAL FORGIVENESS. We realize that Other people are just like Us. We could not help what We did to them and they could not help what they did to Us. If We could have helped it We would not have done it. This is why We work on CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT. You have to get a hold of your ego. You clearly connect your mind to your heart and struggle to keep it clearly there. Truthfully connecting your mind to your heart with no obstructions in between is called the mystical marriage. This is the state of UNCONDITIONAL LOVE.

You are beginning to truly love your Self and Others. You are experiencing the joy of AWAKENING. You say, “Wow! I hurt someone who is the same as me that is just in another body.” This is the realization that makes you love your Self and all Us other energy connected Selves on the planet. We are all the same. You are becoming CONSCIOUS and this CONSCIOUSNESS raising process is ongoing and you get more well-meaning and mindful within the process as time goes by. You are SURRENDERING to the SELF ACCEPTANCE of your SELF. You are creating your NATURAL FOUNDATION IN TRUTH. You realize that We ARE ALL ONE and you want to help Others. After a while you look around and see the good that your SURRENDER to SELF-ACCEPTANCE is doing for everybody.

Oh, by the way, I moonlight as an international art and jewel thief. Peace.

She told me that her biggest fantasy was for her to dress up like a man and go into a busy men’s room. I explained in a previous essay that I have an ability to make people comfortable shortly after they meet me and they feel free to open up to me. This is because I am honest and affable. This fantasy was intimated to me on a date twenty-six years ago by an adult woman. I stopped dating shortly after this. We enter the state of illusion called duality, which is division of Our Self away from the reality that We are part of the Whole of the Universe, after We tell Our first lie. What We are dividing away from is the Universal Self or Universal Mind and the rest of the Universe that We all share – many call this God. This Universal Mind (Self) can be called Our Group Soul or what Ralph Waldo Emerson called the OVERSOUL. Emerson studied Hinduism which calls Our Universal Soul, Atman, and Atman is in Us individually (but is Universal) and is under Brahma (God) which is the Supreme and Eternal Essence or Spirit of the Universe. Hinduism was developed from Brahmanism with elements from Buddhism and Jainism. Christianity calls Our individual Soul (which is Our Universal Mind/Self/Soul) the Image and likeness Of God and is said to be in Us all. The ego veils the Atman and/also the Image and Likeness. This comparison of Hinduism and Christianity goes to show Us how language is transcended when we reach what is called in Yoga – the higher mind. This is because the subject of God is beyond language. You have to intuitively discover God your Self. Jesus has been my guide. We have the ability not to let this division happen as greatly as it does. This is a subject that needs to be taken command of by the American Education System and needs to spread world-wide.

The great vision that I experienced that is described in the above feature article WORDS ARE TRAPS, and is the name of this blog, graced me with the ability to see the(Our) Universal Mind in Us all. The different heads in the cloud I saw of people of different races was the transmission to me to see and know Our Universal Mind in everyone. This is Our Universal Brother and Sisterhood in Our world. The obstructing veil was lifted for me to see and know the Universal mind in everyone. It is right here in front of Our face, we are just obstructed. I have explained the lifestyle changes and ways of thinking that I undertook to become favorable to make the vision with the transmission of awareness happen. I balanced my chakras, that is, my emotion and feeling centers. Once this balance occurs the knowledge from the heart becomes clear and the ability is there forever. I sacrificed by putting in the time, the work, and did the required work of non-attachment. This is beyond language and We will get to more of this in future papers.

I do not know if my date ever fulfilled her bizarre fantasy but this goes to show Us how the ego in a person can run wild. Everyone is an illusion. You can not read a persons thoughts but you can read their feelings. A person’s feelings lead to their thoughts and this is a subject for more future papers. What is important here for the reader to realize is that if We want to back-track in Our personal ego history, We need to somehow get a hold of Our Self and begin Our reverse journey back to Our center. I have greatly emphasized in past papers that Honesty starting within the Self is key. Honesty aligns Us with Universal Mind/Atman/Image and likeness/Great Spirit, etc. The study of Psychology, and Physical Education, in contemporary Education, is a place to start to help children be aware of Our Universal Spirit. If We never take up this reverse journey, which is the purpose of Our lives, We will be merely a reactor all of Our lives and basically die twiddling our thumbs in fear, so to speak. Your personal center is everyone’s personal center. We all share Our Universal Self, or Universal Mind, that is just in different bodies under different conditions and this is what is veiled from Us. We want to uncover Our Universal Mind and this notion is what is behind all religions and traditions. We want to become Conscious.

I have mentioned before that when you are AWAKENED you have become Conscious of your Self among others. When you are Conscious of your Self among Others, you are Conscious of how your energy affects Others for good or bad. If you do not have this understanding and perception you are not Conscious of your Self among Others. Most people are not Conscious of themselves among Others, but this is now in a process of quicker change to awareness than ever before. If people were truly conscious of Ourselves among Others, We would not do terrible things to each other because We would realize what it does to the Whole of Humanity via the domino effect. You hurt your Self when you hurt others. When you truly in your heart make this profound realization you realize that you are not separate from Others, or separate from the Universe, and this is when you join up with the Mystical Body of Humanity. You realize your connection with everyone and everything. This is when you become an AWAKENED COSMIC PERSON. This is after you have truly back-tracked from the extreme duality of the men’s room mentality to the state of nonduality that you started with as a “little child.” You are then aware of this fact most of the time.

As you uncover Our Universal Mind in your Self you are simultaneously uncovering Our Universal Mind in everyone else. You are becoming a Conscious Brother or Sister of the Universe. Again, We all share this Universal Self that is just in different bodies under different physical conditions in each of Us. Along this path, We begin to see Our individual Self in Others because this is Our Universal Self and Our Universal Self, or Universal Mind, has Universal Patterns. This is the AWAKENING process and is how We become Conscious of Our individual Self among Others. We then come to the realization that We are All One.

I have mentioned before that in order for more people to become Self-Realized and for Us to collectively reach higher states of LOVE We need to have an Educational System that becomes Conscious. We need to have wide-spread cohesive education that fosters advanced knowledge in Psychology, and multiple ideologies in Physical Education. Spiritual masters need to be strongly focused upon. Bringing out Whole Brain thinking, or Formal Operational Thought, needs to be of primary focus. The right side of the brain seems to have been left out. Formal Operational Thought takes in especially the right side of the brain where We think in wholes, abstractions and are creative. Formal Operational thinkers who have conquered most of their fears can know the ESSENCE of matters without actually reasoning them out. Fears block awareness. People of the earth coming together in the vision of Nick Black Elk, and my cloud vision, can be fulfilled as the entire world uncovers its (Our) Universal Mind and lives more and more in Universal Brother and Sisterhood while realizing that the Cosmos is Sacred. I have a fake mustache if any of you ladies want to have it. Peace.

I am not going to hold back explanations of my rare contribution to the evolving awareness of Our Collective Cosmic Consciousness. What I am trying to get across is evident in my communication. I explain Cosmic Awareness in my own unique Self Realized way. It is time for everyone to contribute. I request that my character not be invalidated with judgment as my being boastful for contributing my knowledge with an open heart. I am certainly not the first person to have to experience, suffer and evolve in mystical understandings. The constraints (swine) that intimidated or held Us back in the past are leaving Us. This is Our Universal Mind that is becoming clearer to Us. Our Collective Consciousness is becoming less unconscious. As Our individual consciousnesses becomes more aware, Our Collective Consciousness becomes more aware. We are in the process of better seeing and knowing Our Unity of Oneness. The better seeing and knowing Strengthens Our Faith in God. Experiencing emotional and psychological turbulence is part of the process of Our Collective Evolving Conscience.

DO SOMETHING NICE FOR A WEREWOLF

“Ah! they got me howled the Werewolf in the middle of the night.” The Werewolf was the nick name given to a man in a neighborhood in Chicago who lived alone and frequently experienced night terrors. During the summer months when windows were open, people in the neighborhood could hear him howling in his sleep. The Werewolf had unresolved problems that were trapped in his cell tissue and nervous system. Facing Our Self by being as Honest with Our Self as We can is the way to release toxic experiences trapped and sometimes hidden in Our bodies. Honesty is Our “divining rod” to the “divine will” inside of Us. Heartfelt Surrender to the world as We know it is the foundation for healing. Our purpose is to clarify this divine will in Us. Clarifying the divine will in Us gives Us individually what We need. We have to think and feel Our hurts through in order to heal and free Ourselves. Dreams are Our souls communicating to Us in picture language. The more Honest We become with Our Selves, the more we understand Our dreams. The more We resolve Our problems the less We will have good or bad dreams. Contemplation, or the Meditation of Our relationship with Silence, is Our natural form of prayer. Broadly speaking, Contemplation is what has been called Self Inquiry Meditation. Contemplation is a process of clarification where We know Our mind-body/heart connection to the Absolute. Contemplation assures Us with direct knowing that We are Universally connected to each other while We are part of the entire cosmos.

In the eight months when my father was dying I served as a confessional priest for him. I never really knew my father well until the last four years of his life. He was in his eighties and had no friends, or would be friends, to distract him from knowing and understanding himself any longer. I have been blessed with the ability, where, after people are around me for a short time, they trust and open up to me. I am affable and Honest. In the last eight months of my fathers life he contracted a rare cancer. He could not absorb the nutrients from his food and he eventually starved to death. During this time, he went into the state called “Terminal Lucidity.” Terminal Lucidity is when a person realizes that they are going to die and they instantly Surrender to being totally Honest with their Self. This Surrender to Honesty process is heart-felt. It is instant maturity. This is the Surrender of what is called The Dark Night Of The Soul when a person feels hopeless. Dad became Honest with himself, and me, about everything that he was not honest about in his life. He cleared his conscience, or got in touch with his soul, before physically dying. This is instant Purging of acts perceived as done wrong in the life of the person. In Terminal Lucidity a person embodies clarity of consciousness and the Self Honesty manifests Illumination after Illumination of greater awareness while the person achieves greater and greater Union with the divine. During this period Dad would get shocks in his spine. I realized that the shocks were spiritual energy waking up in his spine. Yoga calls this spiritual energy kundalini energy. Dad experienced “near death” Self Realization. Dads eyes became lovingly clear. As the saying goes: The eyes mirror the soul. Self Realization is the understanding of Our Universal Mind. Self Realization is the lighted process that removes the obstructions to seeing and knowing Our Universal Mind. We see and know the Universal Mind in everyone. As Fast Eddy said the other day: Language is limited. Understanding Our Universal Mind is part of what Jesus, and the saints of all traditions, have always tried to get Us to realize through the limited use of language. One day when I was pushing him in his wheel chair to the doctor Dad looked at some little children with love in his eyes.

In the spiritual circles where I travel, I meet people who suffer from great unresolved emotional trauma. These people suffer in isolation, sickness and loneliness and some are married. There are many broken people out there like the Werewolf who need help but they just do not know what to do. Our problems all come from Our relationships. Broken people can make other broken people. In person, that is, person to person communication between persons who trust one another is the way to get Our unresolved problems out of Our bodies. I listened to a woman the other day who talked non stop to me about one problem after another and I hardly said anything to her in that half an hour. She was releasing toxic memories from her body/heart/mind. I knew that I was being of service to her by just listening to her. I participate in bible study groups where people cry tears to the group. The group listens in the state of Unconditional Love. People become Honest and Lucid when they are in the presence of caring people. People that have the will to heal find the Fundamental Need for Surrendering to Truth in the presence of caring people. All spiritual organizations attempt to instill the Mandatory Foundation of True Heart-Felt Surrender to the Absolute. Rehabilitation groups in general also attempt to operate from the philosophy of Unconditional Love. The souls of broken people are crying. Broken people are much more ready than average people to be Honest with those whom they trust. Self Honesty removes egoism in a person. As these sufferers improve they display deeper wisdom than the average person. A group that truly transmits a state of Unconditional Love instills its members with heightened consciousness of Our Universal Human Connection. Emotional and psychological turbulence is part of the process of raising Universal Awareness.

Everybody is not so lucky to have their problems resolved. There are damaged werewolf’s living alone, or with others, all over the world. There are obituaries about people who die in isolation, sickness and loneliness every day. Cemeteries are full of people who died in the state of fear that comes with not knowing Our Universal Connection to each other and the cosmos. Understanding removes the fear but this type of understanding takes heart-felt Surrender and work. The near future will see insightful education that helps Us. We die alone. Our “fair weather friends” who believe the “personal fables” that We live by do not come with Us. The dying process is not “Come on guys (teddy bears) let’s go.” Compassionate awareness tells Us to pray for everyone who has ever lived in Our struggle to understand. Do something nice for a werewolf. Surrender to Honesty is the Key.

You have to wholeheartedly surrender to The Great Spirit to release the imprisoned divine power within you.

When I hit rock bottom, due to substance abuse, I realized that I was killing myself and that I was going to die. I finally understood my mortality. I wholeheartedly surrendered to God as I understood God. It is of “all importance” that the “giving up” is a wholehearted surrender. If you are not in extreme desperation the surrender will not be deep and heart felt enough to give you a solid launching pad for progressive spiritual development and you will stay the same. There are many people out there who feign reverence. You are actually beginning to open your heart here. I said to God, “All I ask for is more strength” and I eventually got it. At that time, I did not realize that I was surrendering myself to Allah or Our Universal Spirit. In my mind, I was praying for help. I created the most important solid foundation of reality understanding and connection that We all need. There is no kidding of yourself with the false part of your Self/self anymore. I was taking control of myself. I was losing my false fantasy self. I was letting my True Self, that spark of divinity in Us all, out of prison. I was truly Realizing myself. I was freeing my spiritual energy to help me grow. Christianity simply calls this energy Grace. In yoga, this spiritual energy, is called Kundalini Energy (research kundalini). Spiritual traditions and disciplines tell Us that this Great Spirit energy becomes available to Us as We kill the ego/false self or the phony actor part of Our personality. Here is where you become courageous. This is really the beginning of taking on “the will of God.” This is really the beginning of working with the spark of divinity within you. This is really the beginning of being Honest with your Self. This is really the beginning of being vulnerable to your Self. This is really the beginning of balancing your emotion and feeling centers (called chakras in yoga). You become non-neurotic and caring. You stop playing games. You become aware of your feelings and the feelings of others. You back track in your thinking and understand your whole life. Here is where you begin to realize that the more you know your Self, the more you know others. A clear new world opens up to you that you did not realize is right before your eyes. You become introduced to Our Universal Mind and Heart.

It is a long road to mastering your Self. You have to set the foundation. The Lords Prayer, which is a contemplative guide for humanity to reach the state of Unconditional Love, begins with, “Our Father/Mother Who art in heaven, hallowed be Thy name…” This is surrender. This is surrender. This is surrender. The beginning of the prayer, by Jesus, is a surrender to God as you understand God. People run over the beginning of this prayer without thinking and feeling what it is really about. I was surrendering to Our Great Spirit when I asked Spirit for strength. I was surrendering to the mystery of Wakan-Tanka. I was humbling myself before Allah. I was saying to God, “I need Your help, please help me, I can’t do it on my own!” This is why Jesus has it in the prayer. Surrendering is the foundation for the rest of the prayer which if taken to heart leads Us to the state of Unconditional Love. When you wholeheartedly surrender you are centering your Self in Our spiritual and material world. You are cosmically surrendering. You are asking everything that is holy to help you.

My surrender, that I did not realize was a surrender, worked for me. I deeply meant it. I was given a greater capacity for understanding Our Universal connection to each other and the cosmos. I had a vision coupled with a locution that connected and grounded me to everything. This is a mystical experience. I was transfigured with the refulgent golden fire-light of kundalini. This fire-light is more golden than anything seen on earth. My spiritual development expands daily because of my true heart-felt surrender. I was crying to Our Supreme Spirit and in three years Spirit enlightened/awakened me. You have to realize that I enforced my willpower here. I set the foundation by surrendering to Brahman in a state of honesty and humility. By being truly honest with myself, I was surrendering and releasing the spark of divine potential that is in Us all. This spark of divine potential lies dormant in Us until We fire it. We usually release this potential slowly as We develop Our characters. I had a full blown enlightening experience and I transformed all at once, although, I am still developing the greater capacity for development that I was graced with. You truly awaken. You become much more aware. By simply being truly honest with myself the will of The Great Spirit was done in me (“Thy will be done”). God is the Perfect Honesty within you that is whispering and calling you. Listen and struggle until you connect. Study, Various Prayer Methodologies including Centering Prayer/Meditation, Contemplation actually fall under the umbrella of heart-felt surrender because you are honestly employing your willpower which is “Thy will be done,” that is, the will of God. Breath Work and Body Prayer/Motion Meditation activities like General Exercise and yoga prompt you to the integrity state of pure willful honesty. Any activity that you love doing brings you closer to the divine in and around you. Simple and constant attempts to raise the will of God inside you is the path to divine revelation. Mystical theology explains about the subject of Intellectual Locutions. Intellectual Locutions come to Us much of the time when We are clear and calm. Locutions can also just pop into Our heads when We need them. These messages are of divine revelation. Most people are not in touch with their soul enough and so the locutions are doubted and disregarded.

Again, what happens is that when you have mystical experiences, you gain a greater capacity for awareness and development. You have to keep disciplining your Self which is part of your ongoing character development. Your character development becomes enjoyable and it takes you into many areas of activity and study that improve you. Since mystical experiences are joyful, you become much more joyful. You transform into a truly decent person.

Enlightenment or Awakening or being nurtured in Gradual Awakening is the real purpose for Our lives. It is a nurturing along, or reprogramming, of Our bodies and minds. We nurture the link, or reestablish the link, between the individual soul and the Absolute (God). We truly realize Our fundamental unity with The Great Spirit. After We see and know the link, when We try to express it, We can only approximate it in language. This is because it is a higher mind understanding that We intuitively know. We know it but We can not express it. I constantly explain it differently in attempts to transfer its meaning. Ways of expressing enlightenment are through the use of symbolism, art and poetry. Symbolism, art and poetry appeal to Our higher mind and help prompt Us to sense enlightenment. I know that because We as a species are becoming much more consciously aware of Our Selves that We can educationally nurture and illuminate children along in the path of gradual awakening and enlightenment through their school years. This is happening now. It needs to be wide-spread. Local School Boards need to get on board. I see studies, teaching methodologies and classes in the Foundation of fundamental and Ongoing Surrender from kindergarten to college.

I tell you the truth, unless you change and become like little children, you will never enter the kingdom/queendom of heaven. Matt., 18:3.

The three of us gleefully took our clothes off and stood around laughing and talking. A few days later, we went back to our secret place and went through our playful experience again. I was a five year old boy and I was with a five year old girl and a six year old girl. We were trusting of each other. We were innocent and unpretentious. We had fun as we discovered life together. We were not too self conscious.

A small child, or infant, perceives that everything it experiences through its senses is part of her. In other words, she does not think that she is separate from her world. She is right. She is not separate. We are part of an energetically connected Whole. We are energetically connected to each other, to the earth and to the entire cosmos. Everything is perceived as a Whole. Everything is perceived as One. Everything is perceived as the Self. Other people are perceived as the Self. This is the point in development where Our innate potential for Our Universal Loving True Supreme Self, or what is called the spark of divinity in Us, or Our connection to divinity, can be consciously and sensitively observed, birthed, nurtured and begin to blossom in Us and for Us. The full potential is there and it needs to be consciously guided along. This full potential, which is Our Spiritual Energy, needs to be nurtured to slowly release. The small self, false self, ego or devil’s advocate, has not formed and taken over yet. Here is where We want Our One True Energetic Loving Self to be in charge of Us. We affect each other with Our energy. This is not where we want an ego that has the potential to take over and possibly morph Us into some kind of monster to predominate Our being and personality. It is vitally important that the child grows up in an environment that models Self Honesty. Self Honesty leads Us to what is called in yoga “the higher mind.” Reaching the higher mind is the goal of all spiritual traditions, religions and general education. The higher mind is where we think in abstractions. Realizing with the higher mind needs whole brain integration. When We get in touch with the higher mind We can develop Super Intuition. Self honesty is a major virtue that contributes to clearing inhibitions that “short circuit” whole brain integration. Whole brain integration leads Us to the ability to process information in multiple depths the way advanced mystics do. The near future will be filled with more awakened and aware parents, teachers and nurturers who are highly conscious of the importance for instilling the virtue of Honesty along with the other great virtues in children.

INTERESTING FINDINGS

Hawkins (1995) “…Reason itself, paradoxically, is the major block to reaching higher levels of consciousness. Transcending this level is relatively uncommon in our society. The Hawkins Map Of Consciousness has Reason going from 400 to 499. 500 on the Map is Love. 540 on the Map is Joy, and is the achievement, according to Hawkins, of the state of Unconditional Love. According to the theoretical framework of the Map, in order to achieve Unconditional Love, We need to move beyond sole “left brain” reasoning and merge to integrate the left brain lobe with the right brain lobe to achieve whole brain realizations. The right brain lobe is where we think in wholes, or aggregate. Aggregating makes us see patterns and gives Us the ability to think in abstractions.

Piaget (1952) theorized from his studies that people can reach the ability to think abstractly in the period of adolescence to adulthood. Piaget called this stage Formal Operational Thought. If the person does not reach Formal Operational Thought they will stay in the previous stage of Concrete Operational Thought that is the 400 to 499 level of Reason on the Hawkins Map Of Consciousness. Keating (1979) reported that 40 to 60% of college students fail at formal operational tasks. Dasen (1994) states that only one third of adults ever reach the formal operational stage.

So, if we aggregate the theories of Hawkins, Piaget, Keating, Dasen and others we can make a theoretical conclusion that Our educational system needs to present learning in a greater way that nurtures the ability to think in abstractions. Abstractions give Us the ability to see, and know, the “Essence” of matters. Seeing the Essence overrides “half brain” thinking and the delusional thinking of convenient false rationalizations and false justifications that can stem from false self temptations to control matters. The virtue of Self Honesty is key. Traveling this road has major implications for eventual lessening of many diseases.

When we tell Our first lies We begin the illusion of dividing Ourselves from the Whole. Lying takes Us into the illusion that we are separate from others. We think, “I can trick them.” We are not separate from others. We are not separate from the cosmos. We are part of each other while We are part of the cosmos. We all share the same kind of Universal Mind or Universal Self. This same Universal Mind/Self is just in different bodies that exist in different conditions. We are really a world tribe. The people who you meet are at different levels of the illusion of separation from the Whole. Some perceive that they are more separate from Our Oneness than others do.

Before We realized that We could tell lies, We were in the state of non-separation called Nonduality (i.e., I and everything else are One). When We started to tell lies, We began developing the ego state of separation called Duality. Duality means two (i.e., I am separate from everything else). The more separate that We think we are from the Whole the more We generally suffer from alienation. We are actually lonesome for the state of the reality of interconnection with each other and the cosmos. We can get so far into the illusion and confusion of separation that We hopelessly think there is no other common reality. We can get way off center or out of balance. We are “out in left field” so to speak. Our True Self becomes buried and smothered by the fearful false self, or ego, that formed and runs Our life like some kind of prison guard. We are divided inside of the Self/self. Our whole life can become a phony presentation where being on guard and lying constantly becomes Our automatic way of life. This is not a healthy condition for you, or Us, as the Whole. At this point of suffering, you are far removed from being “as a little child.”

Jesus is my tutelary deity. I found Jesus to be a very simple model to sincerely follow and emulate. I had great results. The Lords Prayer intends for Us to set a solid foundation in Our Selves for Honesty – “thy kingdom come, thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.” The phrase “thy will be done” is the Gem Of Honesty (Our highest potential) that is Wisdom in The Lords Prayer. This is Our natural state. This is Our state of peace. A Self Realized state of Honesty along with a Self Realized state of Unconditional Forgiveness fosters in Us the state of Unconditional Love. The Lords Prayer intends for Us to reach the state Of Unconditional Love as a world tribe. Achieving the state of Unconditional Love is the purpose of Our lives. The foundation for Unconditional Love is the blessing for Our being. We should guard Ourselves and not deviate from the state of Honesty.

We will learn to consciously monitor Our Selves much more in the near future. This natural state should be guided and nurtured and guarded from the start. Parents and teachers of the future will be acutely aware of their important task at hand for “forming” a clear awakened conscience in children. Overall near future education in schools, will be especially emphasizing physical, psychological and philosophical education. Education will see teachers emphasizing much greater importance for children being Honest with themselves concerning Our minds, Our bodies, Our breathing and Our nutrition.

We can transform Our Selves right now. You, as an adult, need to think of being perfectly honest with your Self right now. Come on! You know when you lie. Stop it. Come out of being separate. You are not separate. Being Honest with your Self will make you love your Self more and you will naturally transfer greater love to Us all. Your behavior affects others for good or bad. Study about your mind, your body, your breathing and your nutrition. Where is your/Our Spirit prompting and sending you to learn and study?

Our Supreme Spirit, or, the True Self, is communicating true goodness to you all of the time. The problem is that the devil’s advocate (ego), that is stuck in reason, personal problems and troubles much of the time, overrides the goodness of your True Self. The thoughts and feelings that come from the goodness of the True Self in you, and in Us, much of the time is giving you reality orientated information in the form of abstractions. Working hard on your Self will make you more inclined to greater consider the information that your mind and body are communicating to you. Your True Self, that is, Our Universal Mind (the God link) needs to predominate your personality. The more the True Self is in charge, the more We are like little children. We are more like little children because We have back tracked in Our thinking and regained the innocent, unpretentious, non inhibited state of little children. Research the subject of Kundalini Energy.

We all have the same type of Universal Self inside each of Us. This Universal Self is just in different bodies which function within the realities of individual conditions. We are becoming much more honest with Our individual Selves. Our Self Honesty is transforming Us to see, feel and know Our innate goodness, Our innate Universal Love.

We are yielding Our wills to Our True Self which is the voice of goodness inside of Us. This is Our Real and Authentic Self. This is Our Universal Mind. You are realizing that this voice of goodness inside of you is the same voice of goodness that is inside of everybody else. We are realizing that this voice of goodness is Our Universal Supreme Spirit. You are recognizing that this Universal True Self struggles inside of you to predominate over the small, or false self, that is called the ego. We are understanding that Our Universal True Self is the voice of honesty inside of Us. You are becoming aware of the fact that the more you listen to your Honest True Self, and follow its dictates, the more you love your Self. We are Collectively Knowing that the more inter-personally honest We are with each other, the more We feel, and sense, the love beating from Our Interconnected Hearts. You have awakened to the fact that you need to become strong enough to have an Authentic Self who you present to the world and not a false self. Let’s tame the ego ideal, which is the fantasy and dishonest part of you, that obstructs and holds down, and back, the honest voice and stunts the feelings of the True Self. The more the ego ideal is tamed inside of you, the more Our Universal Supreme Self of goodness will predominate and spread conscious interconnected love vibrations to others in countless ways. The more you think that you are separate from others, the more you lurk in what is called the state of duality (I versus them). The more you see, feel and know that We are One Universal Interconnected Whole (world tribe), the more you live in Our reality state of nonduality (US). You job in life is to wake up to reality by seeing, feeling and knowing that Our Universal Mind/Self is in, and is part of Us all, and is connected to Us all, is part of the earth, and is part of the entire cosmos. The more Authentic your Self becomes, the more your Authenticity will transform others in healthy loving ways.

The ego ideal that needs to be tamed has also been called the idealized image, the false self, the small self etc. The ego ideal is what gets you into trouble. Your True Self, which is Our True Universal Self, is talking to you and giving you good advise all of the time. The more you struggle to recognize and keep in honest confident constant contact with your mind and body, the more the True Self will predominate your individual personality. You keep your individual given personality. Your personality just transforms for the better as it is cleansed by the beauty of the honesty that comes from your True Self. The True Self is your connection to Our Universal Mind/Self. The more Our True Self predominates your personality, the more you will love your Self and the more you will know that others love you. You need to find activities, or hobbies, that you love to do where you can talk to your Self with honesty. You will be honest with your Self when you are doing activities that you love. Love activities naturally raise your love vibration. Love activities will strengthen your willpower while making you bring your personal truth to power. As your willpower strengthens you will become conscious of your Self among other people. You will notice how your activity affects others. This is Our Universal Energetic Connection. This is Our Oneness. Love activities help you to look others in the eye and stand up for your Self. You become strong enough to look others in the eye because you are taking your constant consciously realized mode of honesty into your everyday life. It makes you feel confident and good. You care about people. If someone is jealous of you because you are a good person, you may have to stop associating with them, it happens.

Years back in the field of psychology the aberrant state of The John Wayne Syndrome was introduced. A syndrome is a number of symptoms occurring together that characterize a disease or condition. John Wayne was the matinee idol actor who played rough and tumble he-man roles in the movies for years. He was a tough guy, a rough man, a bar room brawler, a soldier, a cowboy, an all around hero, adventurer and virile strong man, etc. He also had a sensitive and wise side. Women, children and most men loved the characters he played. His enemies secretly admired him. He could do no wrong. Wayne’s characters displayed heroic virtues. Wayne’s characters would face the risk of death to protect everyone. Yes, Marion Morrison, John Wayne’s real name, even had the tough guy nickname of Duke in real life. But John Wayne played fantasy characters who appeared to be almost all knowing and all powerful. There are no perfect characters in real life like Wayne played.

Many unrealized men (not all men) have taken on the Idealized Image of The John Wayne Syndrome. There are no weaknesses with this syndrome. The syndrome does no wrong. The syndrome is never wrong. This type of syndrome can broadly be referred to as Beautiful Person Syndrome. Beautiful Person Syndrome clusters comorbidities peculiar to a particular fantasy self. Some people have the idealized image of saintliness, of a great mother or father, of a great teacher, of a great worker, of a great anything they want to pretend to be. The idealized false self image has to do with much of your troubles. The more you are entrenched in a false self idealized image of your self, the more you are divided within your Self, the more you think you are separate from others, and the more you are estranged from your Self. Your personality is impoverished. You are numb to much of your feelings and the feelings of others. You are a legend in your own mind. A divided person cannot be wholeheartedly sincere because the false image will not let them. The strongly rigid unrealized separated idealized image ego does not think in terms of cause and effect. When this syndrome is extremely exaggerated the person will not take responsibility for his actions in the mix of human interaction. If something goes wrong in his affairs he tends to be fault finding and externalize blame onto others. This person lacks true respect for the particular individuality of others. Others become a means to his end. The greater the false self image is, the more others will be hurt due to the persons false actions that keep it falsely alive. A person like this weaves their idealized image into the activities of their particular reality. The stronger this neurotic fantasy self is, the more this person will employ dishonest strategies of manipulation to protect the fantasy self and keep the fantasy going. At this point you are too weak and too disowned from your True Self to change. You are a phony. If you truly love the people around you, you will change. This is where love activities are needed. Honest Self Inquiry while doing activities that you love will transform you into the Authentic True Universal Self you are meant to be. Being honest with your Self, no matter what your conditions, will raise your Self esteem and Self love, and that of those around you, and this makes the seeing, feeling and knowing of Our Universal Energetic Interconnected Oneness clearer and clearer for EVERYONE.
